Knit Plus 4000 HMI
The Knit Plus 4000 is a high-performance knitting machine control box for reliable control of knitting operations. In addition, this system was designed to further enhance productivity and ensure high quality knit products. It is installed on circular knitting machines directly and offers operators an easy-to-use interface for the control and monitoring of the whole production process.
Our HMI serves as a bridge between the operator and the knitting machine. The Knit Plus 4000 collect data from various monitoring components, and sends this information to MKMMS via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection for comprehensive analysis and realtime alerts for data driven decision making. Our HMI integrates with our proprietary yarn rate measurement system to monitor yarn rate and resulting in reduced waste.
