Preventive Maintenance Management Software (COGZ) has become a standard operating tool to reduce downtime, improve productivity, control operational costs, minimize work interruptions and increase actual “wrench time”. While automating your preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, it will integrate PM with work orders, and automatically inventory parts required for those work orders. ProMACS Machine Diagnostics coupled with Preventive Maintenance will maximize production time by greatly diminishing downtime. ProMACS will announce, locate, and predict equipment failure, and has actual abilities to display affected machines and parts in recognizable 3-D graphics, bringing location time to a minimum. ProMACS will monitor your entire plant by predicting machine breakdowns and announcing those failures via voice annunciation.
