The installation of PRIMS at John Wm. Macy CheeseSticks offers operator control, scaling control, recipe and batch control, traceability, audit assistance and inventory accuracy, while allowing flexibility, now and in the future.
John Macy, founder and CEO, has future plans for PRIMS. With a flour hopper install on the horizon, John Macy will be looking for PRIMS to control that system, and provide trace for that system. He also knows that PRIMS can be tied into his mixers, or any of his automation at any time, to maximize timing and efficiency.
