FIDAS is an Online Fabric Inspection System measures linear length fabric through an Electronic Length measurement counter that communicates the length information to a computer system, while fabric defects are punched manually on a touch screen monitor. The system in turn automatically decides the grade of fabric based on Points per 100 linear Meters, or Points per 100 Square meters. The system also provides an Automatic Doff Indication Lamp, Weaver Alert System, Auto Gradation Fabric, ERP Interface, and Online Monitoring of Productivity & Efficiency. Optimization software and customized reports are generated in accordance to the customer’s business requirements.
